Please read all relevant information below before contacting me to make your booking. At that time you may request any information & answers to your questions not found below. I look forward to hearing from you.

Important: Service Restrictions, Medical Information & Disclaimers

Under certain circumstances it may not be possible for you to receive or take part in a type of session - e.g. you are under 18 years old, pregnant, uncertain of your health, have – or have had – a particular health condition. I may also require permissions - e.g. a doctor, parent or guardian. So please do check with your medical professional & myself before making a booking. In particular to avoid any charges (that would cover costs of any late change in your appointment – see below). I may also be able to make other service recommendations.

I am not qualified to diagnose a condition, nor do I make any claims that my services can cure a certain condition. Hence, my services should not be used in the place of conventional medical care. Always consult your GP or a health professional for medical attention & advice. Before any session can take place you will generally be required to provide health or other personal information, & to sign a declaration or disclaimer of risk, which may include that you: understand the statement on medical care, have given me full & accurate personal information, are fit for the session, give your voluntary/informed consent, & will let me know of any information updates before further sessions. The information you provide to me will be kept confidential.

Booking & Payment

All sessions need to be booked in advance, with the exception of any available 'Pay-As-You-Go' on public group Yoga classes (see below). Please book with as much notice as possible to avoid disappointment.

Most group sessions require full payment in advance to confirm your booking; for which you may arrange to send me a cheque or bank transfer. Payment is generally non-refundable unless sessions are cancelled by me. In exceptional circumstances you may be able to receive a credit voucher to use with another session, but that will depend on the notice given & there will be an expiry date. You can ask more about this when booking.

Advance payment may also be necessary for non-group sessions, though generally they will require payment at the start of the appointment. Please kindly bring the exact cash amount for those.

Discounts may be applied for advance payment of a six session course. You can get further details at time of booking. Please note that prices for public group Yoga class blocks have already had that discount applied.

Please also be aware that these are the general booking & payment T&C's. There may be others at different venues. Please confirm this, the current price & any special offers you may wish to take up when you book. Receipts are available for any paid service or product upon request.

Services to an organisation require that we separately establish particulars for a quote, terms & conditions, & agreement in writing. If agreed to be supplied with an invoice, payment will usually be required by 30 days.

Additional Information for Public Group Yoga Classes:-

1. Block Pay: This option costs less than any Pay-As-You-Go option that may or may not be available. You're required to pay for all sessions in the block before it starts & then your place will be confirmed as guaranteed for all those. Existing students have first priority, so long as you pay for the next block before the current block ends. Only a new student may join part way through & pay the lower rate for the rest of the block (if a place remains). Please kindly let me know if you're not going to be attending any of the sessions. It is not possible to transfer block sessions to another person, for administrative cost reasons.
2. Pay-As-You-Go: It is recommended that you attend the full course of any Yoga class block, though you may be able to pay for individual classes on the day. Any spaces not saved for others (out of the class maximum of 15) may be offered on a 'first come, first served' basis to those with exact cash payment. Please be aware that this is charged at a relatively higher rate & doesn't guarantee you a place. I recommend that you phone me on the day to check that class is going ahead & whether there are any places available to P.A.Y.G. You should arrive 10-15 minutes beforehand with everyone else, as you too will be required to meet me & fill in my questionnaire, or update that information, before taking part.

Notice Needed to Change Your Appointment / Non-Attendance

You're required to give at least 48 hours notice of any changes to private appointments; otherwise you may still be expected to pay to cover my costs (also applicable if you don't attend). Concessions can only be made in exceptional circumstances so please ensure that you phone to let me know A.S.A.P. if you cannot now make a booked appointment. I recommend that you also e-mail me.
